Product Description
SRM series vertical mill, which is a kind of new-type high-efficiency grinding mill with low operating costs, high-quality products, convenient maintenance, energy saving and no pollution, is developed and improved by the research team ofour company on the basis of introducing advanced and mature LOESCHE technology of Germany. With its superior performance, the vertical mill has been widely used in industries of metallurgy, electric power, cement ash, flue gas desulphurization, and industrial waste utilization.
Features
1. Low investment and operating costs. it integrates grinding, drying, grading and delivering. Simple system and compact layout save floor space,which reduce cost greatly. Besides, it can work in the open air.
2. Transmission system is advanced, reliable and of high carrying capacity. Compared with traditional vertical mill, the drive reducer adopts new-type transmission structure, which gives the machine higher carrying capacity.
3.Hydraulic device makes maintenance more convenient. The most advanced hydraulic control system in domestic, which can adjust the pressure automatically as the change of grindability of the materials. It is not only energy saving but also lengthens the life span of roller sleeve and lining plate.
4.Thin oil lubrication makes it work reliably. The most advanced and independent lubrication station makes the whole device work more efficient and reliable.
5.Multiple classifier structures and wider range of application. The mill can be equipped with classifiers of different structural forms according to different materials and fineness requirements. The classifier adopts frequency control, which leads to more evenly particle size and more easily adjusted product fineness.
6.Electronic control system is more advanced and automatic. Advanced electronic control system enables the vertical mill to realize PLC, centralized and DCS system control.
7.Energy-saving and environmental friendly. It produces little noise when working. The dust density is much lower than the government standard after the products being filtered.
Working Principle:
The motor drives the grinding table to rotate through reducer and hot air enters the machine at the same time. The materials fall down on the center of grinding table from feed opening. Under the effect of centrifugal force, materials move evenly from the center of grinding table to edge, and they are grinded by the rollers when going through the area of rollers’ track on the grinding table. Bulk materials are directly crushed, while fine materials form material bed after being squeezed and experience intergranular crushing. Grinded materials move on to edge of the grinding table until being taken away by strong airflow at the wind ring, in which larger materials fall back to the grinding table under the action of gravity to be grinded again. The others enter the high-efficiency dynamic separator along with the airflow to be graded. Under the action of separator blades, materials that do not meet fineness requirements return to the grinding table to be grinded, while the standard ones go into pulse dust collector through the pipes and are discharged as finished products from the discharge device. Irons and other impurities, which cannot be lifted by the wind for their large weight, move together to the edge of grinding table with materials and fall to the lower cavity, and then they are scraped into the slag discharge opening by stripper plate which is fixed at the bottom of the grinding plate and discharged out of the machine.
