Drying machine is mainly used to dry materials of certain humidity and granularity in fields such as mineral processing, building material, metallurgy, chemical industry etc. Drying machine is strongly adoptive and can be used to dry kinds of materials. At the same time, the operation and maintenance is convenient and stable, therefore, it is applied widely.

Features

The cylinder equipped with raising plate is installed on two pairs of riding wheels supported by rolling ring. The hydro-damper is used to avoid the cylinder from axial movement. The motor drives big gear wheel through the reducer and small gear wheel, and the big gear wheel fixed on the cylinder makes it rotate. The break wind ring can prevent the entry of cold air into the machine body and the combustor.

Wet materials and hot air enter the body through the feeding end, then the raising plate elevates materials and dries it through hot air. The drying machine produced by Shunky can be customized according to different nature of materials, which can be divided into outer heating and inner heating. Outer heating drying machine can be used to dry materials such as charcoal, sediment and coconut tree bark etc. Inner heating drying machine can be used to dry sludge, sand, mineral powder, chicken manure, cow dung etc. Heat source can use coal oven, gas generator, air heating furnace, natural gas oven and electric furnace.

Shunky drying machine adopts new type raising device with many functions such as orienting, flow equalizing, material raising and so on, which can make the radial cross section of materials spread completely and uniformly in the machine. The material curtain is in thin, even, complete condition, which totally engages in hot air and achieves the purpose of fully using of thermal energy. Drying machine in our company is of reasonable operating specifications, which reduces coal and power consumption by 10% to 15% and increases unit production by 10% to 15%. This equipment has been widely used in cement and mineral processing industries.
